LUXE LINEN FAQ’S

What are your showroom hours?
Our Orange County Showroom and Los Angeles Showroom are by appointment only.
 
Do you ship linens?
We ship our linens to anywhere in the continental United States. 
 
Do you have swatch books available?
Yes we do have individual swatches of fabric and full swatch books for each of our collections.  
 

What are your delivery hours?
Normal delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Do your crews set up linens?
Linen deliveries DO NOT INCLUDE INSTALLATION. Installation and strike can be arranged for an addition fee. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you make sample linens available for floral design and event planning consultations?
Yes. Sample linens are available on request. The courtesy of a one week notice is required and appreciated for floral previews and show display requests.  Though normal rental fees do not apply, a deposit is required. In addition, sample items may be checked out for three days use only and must be returned promptly or late fees will apply. If there are any shipping costs associated with your sample linen, you will be responsible to pay for them before your items are shipped. Feel free to request up to 5 different linens at a time to preview. To request a sample, just call our main line (310) 548-5183.
