235 Luxury Rental Linen for one event: Los Angeles Dodgers Foundations Blue Diamond Gala

Luxe Linen was honored to play a role in the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation annual gala. Providing specialty linen for this Non-Profits annual gala was huge, literally. The tent that was erected for this event was 492 feet long by 98 feet wide, there were 3500 chairs, 8 full bar, 60 full rental trucks of equipment and over 120 hours of set up time.  In total 2100 guests participated in the LA Dodgers Foundation Gala.  As the sole linen provider for this event, Luxe Linen provided 235 table linens for this corporate event, held on June 22nd while we also supported wedding planners and hotel during a busy wedding season.

Since 2007, Luxe Linen has been providing specialty linen for corporate events, non-profit galas, weddings, and private parties. We have been honored to participate in some very special events over the years. It is a milestone for our family-owned business to participate in this year’s Blue Diamond Gala and one we won’t soon forget.
