Jessica Sutta is officially a married woman. On September 14, the former Pussycat Dolls singer married her longtime boyfriend, Mikey Marquart, in a romantic ceremony in Malibu, California.
The couple’s nuptials featured an array of sentimental touches such as the pair reciting their vows on a mountaintop with oceanside views of the Pacific. Their venue was decorated with 10,000 roses and included cozy fire pits and whimsical crystal chandeliers. Their relatives flew in from Florida, Wisconsin and Virginia for the ceremony, which featured a string quartet and a rat terrier as the ring bearer.
The musicians worked with Julie Pryor of Pryor Events to make their “fairytale dream wedding come to life.” Of all the personal touches added throughout the day, from the couple’s personalized vows to their matching leather jackets they wore at the end of the night, it was the bride and groom’s heartfelt music selections that held the most weight throughout the day.
At the reception, Sutta, 37, and Marquart had a tent filled with chandeliers and pink flowers, which complemented the bride’s ethereal, blush-colored gown. We provided our Serafina Runners for the reception table. For their first dance, the couple chose Ruelle’s song “I Get to Love You,” which Marquart’s sister Sam sang live. Their family and friends enjoyed slices of a four-tier carrot and almond butter cake with peonies on it.
