Strands of sparkling crystals, chandeliers, twinkle lights, taper candles, silk drapes, and pretty florals by Belle of the Ball Designs in a lush, green garden. Sounds likes a fairytale, right? That is the setting of this enchanting wedding ceremony, planned by Star Hansen Events and captured by Jenny Quicksall Photography.
From Jenny Quicksall Photography… The couple got ready with their bridal party at Westlake Village Inn in Westlake Village, CA. Jessica and the girls sipped champagne while getting their hair and makeup done in their adorable Plum Pretty Sugar robes, while in another room, David and his guys sipped whiskey and helped each other straighten their bowties. We did their first look under the rose arches at Westlake Village Inn and some Bridesmaids and Groomsmen portraits before heading to Hartley Botanica.
Hartley Botanica is a beautiful garden venue with lots of greenery and flowers – a perfect setting for Jessica’s vision. She wanted to create a romantic oasis of crystals, luscious blooms, and candles. The ceremony aisle was lined with exactly that: crystal and silk drapes, rose petals, and candles. It created such a stunning aisle for the ceremony.
Jessica and David said their I Dos under a chandelier and hanging roses. After the ceremony, we took more portraits of the Bride and Groom and their bridal party in front of a vintage fire truck. Since David is a fire fighter, it was only fitting to have one at their wedding! The reception space was designed so beautifully with dark woods, pops of pink, and white flowers and candles. They had their first dance under the sun set and twinkling lights. It was truly breathtaking. The rest of the evening, guests dined, danced, and laughed the night away. Jessica and David had a sparkler exit before they hopped on the back of the fire truck.
